These terms cover your use of MeetBetr: the iPhone app, the plan pages at meetbetr.com, and any MeetBetr connector for an assistant. By using MeetBetr you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
MeetBetr helps you find times your friends are free and make plans. You need a working phone number to sign in, and you must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your phone secure.
Plans, replies, chat messages and names you add are yours. You give MeetBetr permission to store and show them to the people on that plan, and to anyone with the plan's link, so the service works. You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that isn't yours to share. You can report content and block people in the app, and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Don't use MeetBetr to spam people, to invite people who haven't agreed to hear from you in bulk, to impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or anyone else's use of it.
Everyday plans are free. Event Passes, Trip Passes and MeetBetr Plus are sold through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms, which cover payment, renewals and refunds. MeetBetr Plus renews every year until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. A pass unlocks one plan and is used when that plan is sent.
Some features use services run by others, such as Apple Maps, your phone's calendar, and Google Calendar or Outlook if you connect them. Those services have their own terms. MeetBetr isn't responsible for them.
How MeetBetr handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
You can stop using MeetBetr at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
MeetBetr is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise that every free time shown is right, that friends will reply, or that the service will never be interrupted. Check the details of any plan before you rely on it.
To the extent the law allows, MeetBetr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid MeetBetr in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use MeetBetr after that means you accept the new terms.
